Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita

1.25 oz Tequila of Choice

1.25 oz Simple Syrup

Top off with Pineapple Citrus Juice

Fill a rocks glass filled with ice.


Simple Syrup:

1 cup fresh pineapple or canned pineapple chunks

1 cup Honey 

1 cup of Water

1 Jalapeno, sliced, seeds are optional

Bring honey and water to a simmer, add in Jalapeno and pineapple, simmer for 15 minutes. Cool completely and pour into an airtight mason jar or container. Keep refrigerated for up to a week

Pineapple Citrus Juice:

Juice of 3 limes (you can use ¼ cup of bottled 100% Juice)

Juice of 3 lemons (you can use ¼  cup bottled 100 % Juice)

2 cups chopped pineapple or crushed ( if using canned use the liquid

1 cup of 100% orange juice



Throw it all in your blender and puree, strain and store in a Mason jar.
